The project is under construction and it takes USD340 million for 37 floors. This hotel will form a lifestyle with the most luxury retail and entertainment.
The Park Hyatt Bangkok occupies 222 rooms, compositing of 49 suites. The average size of the room is around 50 square meters. The hotel will of course feature “all-day dining and specialty restaurants, a lobby lounge and specialty lounge, as well as a sky bar and restaurant with magnificent views of downtown Bangkok. There will also be 15,515 square-feet of meeting space and amenities including a spa, business center, fitness room and swimming pool.”
About the room price, Mr Zulki Othman, the area sale director in Southeast Asia for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts tells that it will be USD300. This price is considered higher than most 5 star hotel in Bangkok. “We won’t play with pricing,” said Mr Othman.
